This is the return policy to be followed by both the parties:
- The QuickBooks Enterprise Software that you have purchased from us shouldn’t have met with any infection due to whatsoever reason.
- It shouldn’t be installed on the computer. The return policy is applicable if the software isn’t installed.
- If the user or the customer has caused any damage to the software or any of its file, the same is not eligible for any sort of claim. There won’t be any acceptance of the refund policy
- If the software has been installed and you claim a refund, you need to prove to us that you have successfully uninstalled the software with the genuine process.
So, the return or refund will only be initiated once we confirm that the software has successfully been installed. Once confirmed, we will immediately initiate your refund. However, the process may take a week or more time to get the amount credited in your account. That’s why we always say that please go through our refund policy before making any purchase. Once the refund policy period is over, there won’t be any entertainment over any refund or return claim.
Make sure you return all the components of the software as they are given to at the time of yours registering with us and while purchasing the product from us. Remember, it also includes Log-in IDs and Passwords and other valid credentials that we have given you to access your software and work on it.
